• Dining Room: large dining table with beautiful table settings for family dinner gatherings
• Kitchen: fully stocked with complete appliances (rice cooker, KEURIG coffee maker, microwave, oven, toaster), cooking utensils, basic spices, KEURIG coffee and tea pods, and some welcome snacks to welcome you during your stay!
• Living Room: Large L-shaped sofa, coffee table, 50″ TV w/ Apple TV (NETFLIX access provided for FREE!)

The second level consists of the following:

• First/Master Bedroom: King-size bed with full bathroom
• 2nd Bedroom: Double-size bed
• 3rd Bedroom: Queen-size bed with lap-top table
• 4th Bedroom: Double-size bed
• COMPLIMENTARY use of Washer/Dryer. Detergent will be provided
• A set of towels (hand and body) will be provided for each guest. If you are planning to switch towels during your stay, I would recommend to bring your own as well as we only provide one set per person.
• Body wash, shampoo, conditioner provided complimentary!

Terms:

• Deposit $4000
• Lease term: minimum 1 month
• Maximum occupants: 6
• One time move out cleaning fee of $700 applies
• Deposits: half a month security deposit
• Pets: Pet accommodating is subject to owner’s approval. Pet fees of $250 will be applicable.
• Absolutely no smoking of all kind please.
• Credit & reference/employment check may be required.
